As an Administrative Assistant, you will welcome and direct visitors to our office in a courteous manner. You will answer and respond to inquiries, make outbound calls to book appointments, create and maintain spreadsheets, and manage office supplies. You will also be required to assist with recruitment activities, assist with the creation and management of employee schedules, and help maintain employee and client databases.
This role is best suited for someone with a minimum 1-year post-secondary certificate in office administration. The individual must be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office and be able to provide a satisfactory Record of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check. You must have a high degree of initiative and the ability to adapt to new priorities.
